Dear Students

As some of you are interested in performing the summer semester at Clark University in the US please note the following information:

The summer semester in the US starts around July 5 and takes six weeks to complete (we do not have exact dates yet). You can take maximum two courses there. The steps that need to be taken are as follows.

1. Until March 10 you need to send us ([email protected]) a mail with the I-20 form (see the attached). The form needs to be filled in on the computer and signed (either electronically or printed, signed and then scanned). The form must be accompanied by the scans of your passport and bank statement confirming that you possess at least 3.275 USD in your bank account.
2. There is no need to pre-pay the money to the university account.
3. You will be required to submit the scans of the health forms (downloadable at: http://www.clarku.edu/offices/health/forms.cfm#Graduate) until the end of March 2018. 
4. After your documents are received by Clark University administration in the US, the information will be processed and you will receive all documents necessary for the registration in the SEVIS database and you will be able to start the visa procedure (most probably, around the middle of May). Please note that there are additional fees for the SEVIS registration and the visa interview. 5. You will be responsible fo arranging your accomodation in the US, be it on-campus or off-campus (we do not have yet any information regarding the availability of places in student dorms on the campus). Please remember that advance deposit payment may be required to secure your booking).

Please bear in mind that in order to qualify for the semester in the US all your tuition fees have to be settled and you must not have any Incomplete or Failing grades in your record and your grade average needs to be at least on B level.

Please also remember that, including Spring 2018 courses you cannot have more than 10 courses in your record. 

If you are a student of the final year of the program - all your tuition has to be paid here in Poland before you can start applying for the US visa.
