Program outline and objectives

Today a real challenge for the corporations is the rapidly changing environment. The process of globalization is leading to a greater openness, stronger competition and significant differences in the business environment in both cultural and legislative aspects. Today’s information is not only readily available but also easily accessible and the development of technology constitutes an additional factor emphasizing the importance of professional communication in successful corporate management. In response to this challenge of the modern economy, Clark University and Academy of Management offer the M.S.P.C. in Management program.

The M.S.P.C. program is tailored to the needs of communication specialists and managers. The main objective of this study is to develop qualifications in the aspect of professional internal and external, social and intercultural communication within an organization.

Graduates will be prepared to take on administrative positions where professional communication is the key to achieve success for an organization. The program prepares students to become effective leaders by providing them not only with theoretical background but also real-life applications in the areas of management, team building, conflict solving and information distribution.

The practical character of M.S.P.C. studies, based on American experiences, fosters practical implementation of knowledge at the workplace.
